Baie-Comeau Drakkar 0 @ Moncton Wildcats 6
D Mark Barberio, MCT: 1-0-1, +4, 4 PIM, 3 SOG
Season Totals: 41 GP, 9-25-34, +24, 40 PIM
Barberio’s goal at the one-minute mark of the opening period turned out to be the game winner and made it three consecutive games in which he’s scored a goal. He has an eight game point streak (third longest active streak in the league) and has scored six of his nine goals in that span. Barberio (pictured) is fifth among QMJHL defensemen in assists, points, and plus/minus. He is ninth in goals.

LW/C Alex Hutchings, BAR: 0-0-0, -1, 2 PIM (roughing)

Another big road win for Barrie. Hutchings hasn’t registered a point in four games, which is his longest scoreless stretch since his 2006-07 rookie year. Since Barrie continues to win, one would think the frustration level isn't too high.
Oshawa Generals 3 @ Sudbury Wolves 4
G Michael Zador, OSH: Did not play.
Season Totals: 28 GP, 11-14-2-1, 3.60 GAA, .894 sv%, 1 SO

Zador hasn’t made a start since January 3. He is currently on a five-game losing streak, though the latest loss was in relief. Sointu is still recovering from surgery in Finland. He is expected to re-join the Wolves at the end of the month.
