Vasily Koshechkin made 36 saves to blank St. Petersburg 4-0. It's an impressive shutout for Koshechkin considering SKA currently paces the league in the standings. Cherepovets faces Novokuznetsk next on Saturday.
Nikita Nesterov did not dress for Chelyabinsk of 1-10-12 in their 3-2 shootout loss to Khanty-Manisysk. Cheyabinsk faces Ekaterinburg on Friday.

Nikita Nesterov was not in the lineup today for Chelyabinsk Jr. in their 5-0 loss to Magnitogorsk Jr. Nesterov is likely to return to Chelyabinsk's KHL team when he returns to action following his U20 WJC stint.
