Rimouski got 42 saves from Philippe Desrosiers through three periods and overtime, then Desrosiers stopped all three Mooseheads shooters (including Drouin) in the shootout to propel the Oceanic to a 1-0 win in front of a sold out Halifax crowd.

Dotchin fought for the second straight game, this time against Daniel Milne (undrafted). Dotchin was thrown out of the game. Before he was ejected, Dotchin hit Owen Sound’s Zach Nastasiuk (Red Wings), who was helped off the ice after hitting his head against the glass. As a correction to a previous Game Night update, this was Dotchin’s 16th fight of his OHL career, per hockeyfights.com; his sixth this year. He's over 100 PIM for the first time in his OHL career.
