WHL Note: Carter Ashton and Lethbridge received some good news this week when the Anaheim Ducks returned defenseman Luca Sbisa to the junior club. Lethbridge recently climbed out of the Central Division cellar, but has a lackluster 5-9-2-0 record thus far.

WHL Note: Last spring the Lightning chose not to sign Edmonton Oil Kings goalie Torrie Jung. The prospect was coming off a good season and an impressive showing against No.1 seed Calgary in the playoffs when the decision was made. This season, Jung returned to Edmonton as an overager. He's currently 3-7-0-2 with a 3.30 GAA, .904 save percentage, and a shutout. Edmonton is 6-8-0-2 on the year.
