The younger Connolly, who went undrafted last year, is an offensive defenseman who was traded from Kamloops to his hometown Cougars a few weeks ago. He has 11 goals and 34 assists for 45 points in 52 games. The 5’11” righty had 45 points last year with Kamloops in 72 games, along with a minus-35 rating. He’s a combined minus-19 this year.
