Florida shut out the K-Wings for the second time in three games to take a 2-1 lead in their Eastern Conference Finals series. Lightning prospect Pat Nagle, who was in net for the first shutout in Game 1, was on the bench for Game 3 after he let in three goals on 19 shots in a Game 2 loss. Carolina prospect John Muse had 28 saves for the shutout. The ‘Blades scored five times in the second period on Wednesday night to break open a close game. Brayden Irwin had a hat trick for Florida and Lightning prospect Sebastien Piche had his second goal of the postseason. Charles Landry was back in the Everblades' lineup after missing five games. Game 4 is Thursday in southwest Florida.
