Saskatoon outshot Spokane 34-24 and the game was scoreless entering the third period. Spokane scored early in the final frame, which was quickly matched by the Blades. Saskatoon scored the game winner with just under 2 minutes left in the game. This is yet another Spokane loss where Tokarski was named a game star.
