Wilcox (pictured) earned his second straight First Star award by stopping 30 shots in a close road win in Omaha. He made 37 saves last Saturday to defeat Waterloo, 3-2. The Storm are within three points of Des Moines for sixth in the Western Conference, but Des Moines has four games in hand.

Fresh off a career-high three points in his last game, Janosik was scoreless Friday in the house that Brad Richards and Vincent Lecavalier built in Rimouski. Janosik had two goals and an assist earlier in the week against Victoriaville. Friday's game featured seven different goal scorers.

London shook off a blowout loss at home to Kitchener earlier in the week by defeating Windsor handily on Friday night. Namestnikov’s goal-less streak reached 12 games. He had a 13-game goal-less drought last year, which was the longest of his short OHL career thus far. Namestnikov has 13 assists over his last 12 games, but only one in his last three contests. Lightning camper Seth Griffith scored his 35th goal of the season on Friday. His 35 goals rank second in the league behind Kings second rounder Tyler Toffoli of the Ottawa 67’s.
