Landry had his recent string of hitting the scoresheet stopped, but he was able to finish on the plus side of even. Janosik is likely at the WJC camp for the Czech Republic, but this has not been confirmed.

Beukeboom was back in the Soo lineup after missing a few games due to a concussion. The Greyhounds blew a 2-0 lead and had to scramble back from a 3-2 deficit to get the win over the West Division’s first place team. SSM sits in last in the West at 12-17-4-0.
