The Florida Everblades struck first in the Eastern Conference Finals thanks to Lightning prospect Pat Nagle, who stopped all 34 shots he faced in a 2-0 Game 1 win. Nagle, who had 17 saves in the third period alone, now has two shutouts in his last three playoff games. He had one shutout the entire regular season. Florida got their goals from defenseman Bobby Raymond and center Trevor Bruess. Game 2 is Saturday in Michigan. (Photo courtesy of swamphockey.com)
