Zador, the reigning CHL Goaltender of the Week, got the start for the Attack in Game 1 vs. Plymouth, but was pulled after the second period down 3-2. No injury was reported. Attack goalie Scott Stajcer, who missed most of the season, stopped 14 of 14 shots the rest of the way to get the win. Geoffrey Schemitsch tied for the team high with a plus-2 rating. He was on the ice for the game tying goal mid-way through the third period. Maple Leafs draft pick Jesse Blacker had the game winner in overtime. Game 2 is Saturday in Michigan, and one would think Stajcer is starting Game 2, but nothing has been reported yet.
