Boucher and Yzerman need to take a hard look at this style of play. I get that SY want TB to become DRW south, but that only works with a very specific type and mix of players. Time to coach the players that are here to their strengths rather than forcing them into roles they are not suited for. Boucher reminds me of Gruden in this respect.
