Agreed. I always have felt there was a sense of neutering when it came to certain players on D here this season. Aulie I think is a perfect example of that at this time.

Besides, I've never been onboard with Forwards teaching Defensemen how to responsible in their own end anyway. Works for some, some can pull it off.

Here, notsomuch... and it ain't workin' (Looking at you Daniel)

Now you know what concussions do.

Please go find Kjell Samuelsson and let him teach Hedman a thing or 2.

If I recall, you were advocating hiring Roloson as GT coach. Not quite the same thing.

Not buying this, no offense. Hedman was not using his body like a big, incredibly strong and muscular, mean evil stud before his concussion either. He plays more like a goalie whose G coach has been relentlessly drilling him on using the poke check

Hedman did throw a big check in the 3rd last night, trying to keep the puck in the O-zone. I was shocked and happy to see it.

He stepped up and destroyed Hemsky at the far blue line. It was Smaby-esque.

I wonder if part of the reason that doesn't happen more is because he looks over and sees #7 on the other side. Better get back to defend the odd man rush Clark is gonna cause!

Haha, you might be onto something there... Clark has been terrible on the 2 on 1s lately.

They were showing the players career stats last night on the ring-a-tron, Clark's +/- is a -50 after 672 games, and after last night's game should make that -51. In 73 games this season he is a -25.
