    Mullin started the game for the RedHawks, but left the ice after the second period with ice around his right knee. Hopefully it’s not serious, though he was having trouble putting weight on his right leg. Miami fell out of the most recent USCHO poll. They were No.20 last week.

    The Broncos scored twice in the first period and made the lead stand up at home against the Nanooks. WMU fell from No.8 to No.16 in the latest USCHO poll.

    Killorn was on the ice for Harvard’s tying goal in the final minute with their goalie pulled, but he didn’t factor in on that goal’s scoring. Killorn was named ECAC Player of the Week on Monday for his two game-winning goals on the weekend.

    Cornell earned a weekend split with Colgate by beating the Raiders 5-3 on Saturday. Gotovets was scratched again.

    For the second night in a row Killorn scored the game-winning goal for Harvard in the third period. On Friday his late goal beat rival Yale. Hurricanes draft pick Alex Biega added an empty net goal for the Crimson on Saturday.

    A night after losing to the Wildcats the Redhawks blew out Northern Michigan 6-0. Mullin didn’t figure in on the scoring but was on the ice for Miami’s second power play goal of the game.

    Colgate jumped out to a 2-0 first period lead and hung on to upset the Big Red at Lynah Rink. The loss broke Cornell’s seven-game unbeaten streak. Gotovets appears to have been a healthy scratch.

    In front of a national audience on NBC Sports Network, Killorn (pictured) was named First Star after scoring twice, including the game winning goal over rival Yale. Killorn had a team-leading 10 shots on goal in the game, which gave him 18 shots in his last two games. The senior appears to be ready for the next level and can join the AHL Norfolk Admirals after his season is over – if/when signed.
