CHL Game Night: 1/16

Vladimir Mihalik finally returned to the Prince George lineup and helped the Cougars to a 3-2 win over Kelowna Tuesday night. Mihalik was plus-1 for the game with two penalty minutes.
Also, while Dane Crowley and Everett were not in action Tuesday, Crowley is in the news in Washington as the Silvertips are counting on his addition to help them to a Memorial Cup appearance. Two articles on Crowley were released recently:

Crowley
Jeez, from the sound of those articles it's probably a good thing Crowley goes to a team where he could develop into a better player than if he stayed with Swift Current. He speaks as if the inmates were running the asylum over there.
"Nobody is as structured out there,.."
"...looking at the other team and them telling us to figure it out."
Good/Bad
That was my first thought, too.
What I didn't like about it, however, he seemed to be throwing his former coaches (and other conference teams, such as the NHL/AHL comment) under the bus. Feaster said at one of the more recent drafts (I'm thinking Fischer in 06) that one of the prospects they were looking at ripped his coaches and the organization immediately scratched him off their list.
While I don't think this is entirely the same thing, and is likely a kid with a couple of mics stuck in his face speaking before thinking, I still don't like that he didn't take a higher road.
Great situation for him going to the league's best team - and it's highly complimentary for them to deal off a potential NHL first rounder for him.
