Homer/ Ramo

I just don't Homer is built to play as many games had he did in the 1st half of the season, not the we had a choice. Now that we do, I think it makes both Homer and Ramo better.

Tandem's The Answer

Yep. I thought that from the beginning which is why I was hoping for a Holmqvist/Ramo tandem from game one this season.

The question now is whether the Lightning want to hold onto Holmer past this season. The UFA market for goaltenders looks pretty bleak other than Huet and Johnny-come-lately Conklin (the Lightning have already stated they think Bryzlagov is bad in the locker room, apparently) and we already know that finding a clear cut #1 via trade is damned near impossible.

Logically, they're going to have to have a tandem next season because Huet's going to make a fortune and the Lightning can't get into that bidding war. So do you maybe try to get into a less intense bidding war for Conklin, try to sign an old pro to mentor Ramo like Hedberg, or keep Holmer around for another season?

Also

Incidentally, Claude Loiselle has already stated the Lightning will be getting a veteran #3 goaltender to mentor Helenius next season in Norfolk.

Don't know where that leaves Boutin. Maybe without a contract. Loiselle has already made up his mind that Boutin's not an AHL starter.

Thanks

BTW, thanks for not commenting on the horrible grammar usage in my first post!!! I reread it this morning and just shook my head. So much for all those English Lit classes!!!! LOL...

Don't worry about it. There

Don't worry about it. There are worse things than poor grammar.
