The Sea Wolves wasted no time putting the 0-3 road trip to Texas last weekend behind them as they scored 7 straight goals against Pensacola, hanging for an 8-5 victory Tuesday night. Marek Kvapil, fresh off a reassignment from Norfolk, earned Third Star honors as he poured in 2 goals and 2 assists. None of the other Lightning prospects assigned to Mississippi were in the lineup.

The Sea Wolves return to the Mississippi Coast Coliseum on Thursday night for their first home game since the ECHL All-Star break against the Columbia Inferno.
