WHL EASTERN CONFERENCE FINALS

Game 2: (3) Lethbridge Hurricanes 4 @ (1) Calgary Hitmen 3 (OT)
Lethbridge leads Best of 7 series 2-0

C Mitch Fadden, LET:
Game: 0-2-2, +2, 0 PIM
Series: 2 GP, 0-5-5, +3, 0 PIM
Playoffs: 13 GP, 4-14-18, +2, 13 PIM (plus 10 min misconduct)

Austin Fyten (1991) scored his first WHL goal at 2:37 of overtime to give Lethbridge a 4-3 Game 2 win and a commanding 2-0 lead in their Eastern Conference Finals series with Calgary. Fadden had 2 more assists for Lethbridge, giving him 5 in the series so far. Just 31 seconds after Calgary had taken a 3-1 lead on the power play in the second period, Fadden set up Zach Boychuk (2008 eligible) to make it 3-2. The ‘Canes scored the game-tier with under 4 minutes remaining in the third period. The series now moves to Lethbridge for Game 3 on Tuesday night.
