Lightning Assign Soucy to RoadRunners

According to the Phoenix RoadRunners and OurSports Central, J.F. Soucy has been moved from Johnstown to Phoenix by the Tampa Bay Lightning.

"J.F. brings a combination of experience and toughness to our line-up," said RoadRunners General Manager and Head Coach Ron Filion. "I welcome his addition and expect big things from him this season."
