Game Day 12/11: Falcons at Bruins
Submitted by pete on December 11, 2005 - 20:45Someone needs to throw Brian Eklund a lifeline.
SPR-2

Brian Eklund continues to struggle allowing 5 goals on 32 shots faced. The Falcons launched a futile comeback bid with Darren Reid and Norm Milley getting shorthanded talley's in the third period, the latter's coming on a penalty shot.

Game Night 12/10: Predators at Lightning
Submitted by pete on December 11, 2005 - 00:58Clean sweep 3-0 for the organization tonight top to bottom. It's a beautiful thing.
NSH-3
TB-4
John Grahame stopped 13 of 16 for the win. The shot totals the Lightning have been giving up this season are insanely low, to the point it's contributing to Grahame's poor save percentage. I doubt he's complaining though. Old warhorse Dave Andreychuk had a goal and an assist as did Martin St. Louis.

Game Night 12/10: Monarchs at Falcons
It was only a matter of time until the Craig/Jaspers duo sprang to life. Sorry Manchester, you drew the short straw.
MAN-4
SPR-5
Gerald Coleman got the win despite allowing 4 goals on 29 shots faced. Jason Jaspers and Ryan Craig exploded with 2 goals and 2 assists each. Cagey veterans Anders Eriksson and Norm Milley each had 2 helpers a piece. Springfield remains in 6th place in the AHL's Eastern Conference with a 14-9-1-3 record on the year.
