Vasily Koshechkin [6] got the day off as Mike Fountain backstopped Togliatti to a 2-1 win over Chekhov. So far this season, Koshechkin has gotten the benefit of Fountain's experience but still retained the lion's share of Lada's starts, so it's seemingly been a win-win situation thus far.
Evgeny Artyukhin [7] was scoreless in Yaroslavl's 5-2 win over SKA. He did, however, manage to run his penalty minute total to 70 in 14 games. Anton But [8] was scoreless for St. Petersburg in the loss.
Denis Kazionov [9] was scoreless in Tver's 6-5 loss to Omsk. The 2006 7th round pick is still looking for his first point of the season.
