Mark Parrish and Justin Keller were the game's first and second stars. The Admirals had lost all five of their previous encounters this season to the Bears, which was a streak of futility oddly similar to the one the Lightning just broke against the Capitals. The Admirals pull into the halfway point of the season at four games under .500, and they'll be 1-2 points behind Adirondack for fourth in the division by the end of the night, tied with both Syracuse and Binghamton at 36 points.
Chris Lawrence broke a 17 game scoreless streak with his first multi-point night of the season. Way to go, Larry.
