Lascek Left Off First Team QMJHL All-Stars

Right winger Stanislav Lascek had a fantastic season this year for the Chicoutimi Sagueneens by all accounts. In 64 games he had 47 goals, 88 assists, and 135 points, which was good enough for first on his team and second overall in the league to Quebec Remparts right winger Alexander Radulov (Nashville pick). Game Night 4/5: Falcons at Monarchs

PJ Atherton!? SPR-6 MAN-3 Jonathan Boutin stopped 36 of 39 shots faced as one of the Falcons' goaltenders finally stepped up and gave a winning performance. PJ Atherton's 10 game tryout for a Lightning contract continues to go extremely well as he had 2 assists and was a team best +3 on the night. Zdenek Blatny and Norm Milley each had 2 goals while Jason Jaspers and Ryan Vesce each had 1 goal and 1 assist. Big Mitch Fritz also had 2 assists in the game. Doug O'Brien, Marek Kvapil and Zbynek Hrdel also had helpers for the Falcons. For O'Brien, it was his 30th point of the season in 68 games. The Monarchs' roster currently includes former Rimouski Oceanic Dany Roussin who was a second round pick of the LA Kings. Hard to believe that Zbynek Hrdel has tripled his former teammates' point production this season, but it's true. Three stars of the game: #1 Jonathan Boutin, #2 Norm Milley, #3 PJ Atherton.
