Game Day 10/30: Phantoms at Falcons

Rare is the time you only manage 19 shots on goal and still win a hockey game, but Springfield found a way tonight. PHI-2 SPR-3 Gerald Coleman wins his first game as a professional stopping 24 of 26 shots faced. Multi-point nights for Ryan Craig (first star), Ryan Vesce (second star and GWG) and Jason Jaspers. Todd Rohloff finally returned from injury and made a huge difference for the team defensively as he was paired with rookie Jay Rosehill. Both players received praise from Assistant Coach Russell after the game. No doubt the Falcons needed this win as they move into a more road game laiden portion of their schedule.
